We ride our motorcycles through the beautiful Swedish nature on winding roads to stop at the Grimeton Radio Station. There, we take a coffee break and visit the UNESCO World Heritage radio station. On the way back to the campsite, we take a different route. Depending on how many participants we have, we divide into groups

Varberg Fortress

arberg Fortress is a well-preserved medieval stronghold located on the coast of Halland County, Sweden. Built in the late 13th century by Count Jacob Nielsen of Northern Halland, the fortress was strategically designed to defend against Danish and Norwegian attacks. Over the centuries, it has witnessed significant battles and changes in control between Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
The fortress offers stunning views of the sea and Varberg’s coastline. It features thick stone walls, bastions, and a moat, reflecting medieval military architecture. One of its most famous attractions is Bocksten Man, a medieval man whose body was discovered in a nearby bog and is now displayed in the fortress museum.
